Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The legal basis for processing personal data is:
a contractual relationship between the data subject and the controller
the legitimate interest of the controller, based on the customer relationship between the data subject and the controller
The purposes of processing personal data include marketing, maintaining customer relationships and partnerships, and organizing events.
Personal data is collected only when the user of the website fills in the contact form.
Visitor data is collected from website visitors in accordance with the terms of the Framer service.
Personal Data Processed
The controller collects from data subjects only such personal data that is relevant and necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy.

Protection of Personal Data
The controller processes personal data in a manner intended to ensure appropriate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
The controller uses appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to ensure this objective, such as careful management of user accounts in information systems and providing instructions to personnel involved in the processing of personal data.
Retention Period
The controller processes personal data for three (3) years after the end of the customer relationship. After this period, the controller deletes or anonymizes the data within 6 months in accordance with its deletion procedures.
The controller may have an obligation to process certain personal data included in the register for a longer period than stated above in order to comply with legislation or authority requirements.
Rights of the Data Subject
Right of access to personal data: The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning them is being processed, and if so, the right to receive a copy of their personal data.
Right to rectification: The data subject has the right to request that inaccurate and incorrect personal data concerning them be corrected. The data subject also has the right to have incomplete personal data completed by providing the necessary additional information.
Right to erasure: The data subject has the right to request the deletion of personal data concerning them if
the personal data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected; or
the personal data has been processed unlawfully.
Right to restriction of processing: The data subject has the right to restrict the processing of personal data concerning them if
the data subject contests the accuracy of their personal data;
the processing is unlawful, and the data subject opposes the deletion of their personal data and instead requests the restriction of its use; or
the controller no longer needs the personal data for the original purposes of processing, but the data subject needs it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Right to Object
The data subject has the right, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning them.
The controller shall no longer process the data subject’s personal data unless the controller can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, or if it is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
If personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning them for such marketing, including profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing.
Right to Data Portability
The data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided themselves, in a structured, commonly used format and the right to transfer those data to another controller.
Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
The national supervisory authority for personal data matters is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman operating in connection with the Ministry of Justice. You have the right to bring your matter before the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the applicable legislation.
Changes to Data Protection Practices
The controller continuously develops its operations and may therefore need to amend and update its data protection practices as necessary. Changes may also be based on amendments to data protection legislation.
If the changes include new purposes for the processing of personal data or otherwise significantly change the processing, the controller will inform in advance and request consent where necessary.
General Terms of Use of the Website
These general terms of use of the website form an agreement between the user and Beau Ciel Oy/Villapolle and define the rights and obligations of the user and Beau Ciel Oy/Villapolle regarding the website.
Use of the website shall be interpreted as an indication that the user accepts the terms in force at any given time and undertakes to comply with them.
Use of the Website
These terms apply to all actions of the user on the website regardless of the device used to access the website. The user may use the website only in accordance with the terms in force, applicable legislation, and good practice.

If a dispute arises between the parties from this agreement or its application, the parties shall primarily seek to resolve the dispute through negotiations. If the parties do not reach an amicable settlement through negotiations, the dispute shall be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki.
